History

Hidrolift was founded in 1978 by Mehmet Arslan in Ankara. Its founding purpose was to produce spare parts for construction equipment and repair hydraulic cylinders. Quickly achieving its goals in the following years, it required further expansion. In line with this requirement, the company reached 50 employees and 2,000 m2 of enclosed area in 1994.

The era of specialization began after 1994. Leaving its wide product range aside, Hidrolift focused on the production of hydraulic cylinders. This was also the investment period. The revenues of the company were focused on investment and its factory was built on 15,000 m2 of land in the Ankara 1st Organized Industrial Zone.

Hidrolift became Turkey's largest producer of hydraulic cylinders and aimed to enter global markets. As the level of knowledge and technology in Turkey was not world-class at the time, Hidrolift purchased a turnkey hydraulic cylinder factory from Austria.

In the early 2000s, Hidrolift entered the European market. By 2010, Hidrolift was exporting hydraulic cylinders to many world-renowned brands in the USA, and almost all European countries, adapting to the market rather quickly.

With an annual capacity of 80,000 hydraulic cylinders, 120 employees and two branches, Hidrolift is considered to be one of the leading cylinder producers in Europe today.
